Zwijsen Publishers, leader in educational resources wanted to extend it's position directly to the home market. This required both a marketing and communications strategy. Both digital marketing and communications are developed and built by us.
With delivered a strategy and concept based on social media, and took care of an online market and media analysis.
That led to the launch of the community ZwijsenParents a social environment with special attention to child and education. The platform contains smart tools, networking and smart media. The community now has around 10,000 active members.
What brands sometimes forget is that internet is the people's channel.
In order to claim attention is to cater for substantial sentiment among key target group.
For SuperSaver, an online ticket vendor who was the first to introduce 'non-hidden fee offering' we devised a campaign that was based on the annoyance. It provided a spectacular spoof site with more than 135,000 unique visitors and coverage on all major blogs.
One of the key challenges of modern organisations and brands is to stimulate and engage customers and co-workers with social marketing challenges. To accompany managers we support the management of organisations to understand the opportunities that engagement and more particular social media has to offer.
